This was the scene just minutes before the doors were opened. We stuffed over 340 bags.

Saturday morning dawned cloudy and dry, I see Rich Blum made it from Holdrege.
Rod Phelps is test Marketing some new type of rear Fenders on his sedan.
It must be very hush,hush because he covered them with some very absorbant diapers.
I see Dan and Joyce Graves have their duties equally divided. She visits and he wipes the Car.
Over 340 cars lined up for Day 1 of the 2005 Tour Nebraska.
Everyone was in a good mood and ready to go.

The cars just keep on coming.

First stop Sat Morning in Pawnee City, Ne.

I quick trip down into Kansas then back North to Nebraska.
Saturday Lunch stop in Beatrice.
The Tour gets more dangerous every year - check out the bullet holes.

Saturday Nights Party at Speedway was exciting.
If you came to relax after a long day - you were in the wrong place.

The Museum was great - some enjoyed it way too much !!!
Sunday morning dawned early and clear. Boy, not as many cars as yesterday.
Just kidding - they all came back, these are just a couple of the early arrivals.
First Stop Sun morning in Fremont, Ne.

What a reception in downtown Pilger.

Time for Lunch - we roll into Norfolk.

and we are greeted by the World Famous Stocky's Barbecue.



Your fearless leaders - lined up and ready for the final leg of the Tour.
Dang - another Ford Retractable stuck half open.

Spectators lined the road for most of the Tour.

Life is great - relax in your own front yard as a car show passes by.

What a finish at Pawnee Lake - we made it !!!





Great Hospitality and refreshments were provided by the Nifty Fifties Ford club,
and by the Rebels Auto Club.
