Note: There was an error in our Dec 2009 Newsletter, where we incorrectly stated that we would be staying at the Kearney Holiday Inn. We will be using the Kearney Ramada Inn as our Headquarters motel for 2010.

We will be Touring Central Nebraska in 2010, and our headquarters will be in Kearney, Ne. We will be using the Kearney Ramada Inn for our headquarters. This year we will again get together Friday evening so you can pick up your Tour bag with your maps and information and catch up on events. Then we will have two 1 day tours on Sat and Sun where we will travel 300 miles each day. The cost is the same for one or both days, and includes the Saturday night party. Another must is the lip sync contest. It will certainly be back and a number of you have “promised” to put something together. This is a highlight of our party each year when the crowd reaches a peak is during the lip sync contest. Craig Paro has issued another challenge to all lipsynchers - He says that his band of 'Village Idiots' can make bigger fools of themselves than any other band of idiots. Lets prove him wrong.

We have changed the vehicle year cutoff to a 30 year sliding scale.

Tour Nebraska 2010 will accept vehicles 1980 and older.

An entry form has been placed on the web site and you can sign up in person at the Grand Island car show on Jan 31, 2010. If you are of the “non computer” contact any of our area reps for a printed entry form or write to NRCA and we will send you one. Remember, the Tour is pre-entry only - you must be entered by May 15th 2010.

When we receive your entry to Tour Nebraska, we will send you the Host Motel information. So, get registered and get your room booked.

Road Kill Vehicles Needed!

We are in need of support vehicles to follow the tour with a truck and trailer and provide assistance to Tour participants. For providing this service you will receive a free Tour Entry and a free T-Shirt. If you would be willing to provide this valuable service to the Tour, please email Craig Paro .
